Customer satisfaction is Oris's first goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.oris.ch by mail within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The merchandise must be of original quality and undamaged. Any watch that is not returned with the original seal unbroken or fails quality inspection from Customer Service (e.g. it is scratched, worn or damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Watches with rubber straps that are sized (e.g. cut) are not returnable. Please refer to the Conditions of Sale.

In most countries, Oris offers a free return service via UPS. If UPS does not offer this service in your country, Oris strongly recommends that you return the watch insured with a local logistics company. Otherwise, Oris is under no obligation to maintain insurance, and the safe shipment of any Oris product will be at the sole cost, risk and responsibility of the Customer.
