Shipments

  • What are the delivery times?

    All watches will be shipped directly from the Oris HQ in Switzerland. Most orders are processed within a few hours of credit card approval. Normal shipping time is 2 to 3 business days. If a band bracelet adjustment is needed please allow an additional 2 business days for the watch to be sized. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on an official holiday will be processed on the following business day.  All shipments will require an adult signature at time of delivery. 

  • How are orders shipped?

    All your orders shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    All watches will be shipped free of charge direct from the Oris HQ in Switzerland.

  • Where can I ship my order to?

    Oris only accepts orders for delivery to addresses in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. Orders for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii will take additional time. Please note that Oris does not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels. For more information, please read our Conditions of Sale.

Payment

  • What are the payment methods available?

    At this time, we only accept major Credit/Debit Cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

  • Do I have to pay tax if I order online?

    Yes, this will be added at the end of the purchase process.

    The tax rate depends on your local tax system.

  • How to cancel an order

    In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. 

    Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order in our system and if necessary we will reach out to our courier service and request that the package be rerouted back to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the order, issue a full refund to your account, and notify you via email.

    In most countries, Oris offers a free return via UPS. If UPS does not offer this service in your country, Oris strongly recommends you return the watch insured with a local logistics company. Otherwise, Oris is under no obligation to maintain insurance, and the safe shipment of any Oris product will be at the sole cost, risk and responsibility of the Customer.

  • How secure is shopping in the Online Shop?

    In order to protect your card information and ensure that it will not be able to be used by other people, all the payment information is delivered in SSL certificate. Oris uses the payment platform of stripe.com. The following methods of payment are available: VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD

Return policies

  • What is the return policy?

    Customer satisfaction is Oris's first goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.oris.ch by mail within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The merchandise must be of original quality and undamaged. Any watch that is not returned with the original seal unbroken or fails quality inspection from Customer Service (e.g. it is scratched, worn or damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Watches with rubber straps that are sized (e.g. cut) are not returnable. Please refer to the Conditions of Sale.

    In most countries, Oris offers a free return service via UPS.
